ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Examiner. You will examine public records, review deeds, identify liens/encumbrances and exceptions to title, compile a detailed property report/title abstract, and submit it to the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine public deed records to trace property ownership for a 50 year period.
  
• Review deeds, mortgages, and documents for title discrepancies.
  
• Search public lien database to identify liens, judgments, easements, and other exceptions.
  
• Compile and submit detailed title reports for residential/commercial properties.
  
• Collaborate remotely with team to resolve issues.
  
  ABOUT YOU:
  
  At least 2 years of experience in Admin, customer service or any related
  
  Strong analytical, detail-oriented skills are required.
  
  Ability to work independently remotely.
  
  Nice to have, but not required: Experience in real estate or title insurance
